- Researched, planned and executed a direct marketing campaign to selected house-builders in UK. Secured exclusive deal with leading developer to supply furniture for their show-houses throughout the UK.
- Established regular programme of communication with consumer press for mail order company. Adapted customer weekly email letter to a monthly e-zine on product info and news involving ongoing story research and copywriting.
- Design and print management of sales literature for an international IT company.
- Ongoing PR and media relations for niche mail order business to drive sales through brochure requests and editorial coverage. Includes co-ordination of digital image requests and product loans for photoshoots.
- Introduced specialist service for interior designers involving research and the creation of a database, incentives, sales and reporting systems.
- PR consultant/press relations for company that specialises in studio-based one-to-one personal training for the over 50's.
- Project-managed major initiative/joint promotion with a national Sunday newspaper. Handled the design and production of co-branded insert, established an in-house call centre, managed staff recruitment and training and co-ordinated design and development of new website.
- Lead consultant for design and production of part-time and full-time prospectuses for large FE College. Worked closely with in-house marketing team, their design agency and printer.
- Produced marketing material for business-to-business campaign promoting correct posture in the workplace.
- Undertook market research among prospects and lapsed customers to establish buying behaviour trends and motivators. Involved sample selection, questionnaire design, telephone survey, results analysis and reporting.
- Internal consultant for web development agency on account of major education client. Involved key account liaison, offline marketing project management and consultancy.
- Business Plan and Marketing Plan adviser for a start-up travel firm. Currently developing a marketing and communications strategy to raise profile of the business and promote niche trips to Europe.
